By accessing or using Arclight, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Arclight provides a platform for orchestrating, monitoring, and governing AI agent workflows. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to violate any law, infringe on any third party's rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
5. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in an order form.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arclight will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Arclight is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
